I have been on this platform for 20 years. I started as a novice digital artist, but later became a photographer, and have not used DeviantArt in a long time. I truly don't know what happened to this site, but it's become an AI infested site. Where have all of the original artists gone? Where have quality content gone? Not here it seems. AI art has no business being here, or at the very least, a search option which *excludes* AI content would be nice and respectable to true artists who work for their content and deserve to be recognized and paid. This site after 2 decades, is truly dead to me now. That should never have happened, and AI art should never have been allowed on this site. The amount of AI "generated" art I see here which clearly is stealing from other sources I have seen before, is staggering. That's not original nor art. AI cannot be inspired in the same way a human brain can, and can only build on top of previous stuff, whereas the human brain can spark
